The Hide-A-Way restaurant catered my wedding this weekend, and did an absoultley amazing job. The food was absoultlely delicious.Shannon was also a delight to work with as she handled every one of my requests perfectly and if she didn't have something on her menu, she made sure to do her best to provide me with anything I needed or wanted. She worked very well with my venue to ensure things went smoothly, and only came to find me once during my wedding to say thank you for letting us be apart of your big day, we will box everything up for you and leave it in the fridge so you have no worries about left overs, which was absoulelty amazing. Nobody even told me catering had arrived, but they didn't need to as Shannon told me her exact plan for the day. They planned and coordinated with my venue, ensuring they let me enjoy my special day, sneaking right in and out! I wouldn't change a thing about my wedding, especially the catering. If you hire the hide a way and work with Shannon and her team, your expectations will be exceeded.

Ordered the fried fish meal and it was delicious! Coleslaw was yummy, and the tartar is well made. Service was good, not overbearing. Courtney has a nice sense of humor. Restaurant was clean and we enjoyed the band that was playing outside. Will be back when I'm in the area. UPDATE: Came back today 3/08/25, and still delish!!! Service and food both were great. Will definitely be back! Was my dads favorite spot and he passed 11/24 .. glad he took me here.

This was our first visit and we weren't disappointed. I had the fried seafood Platter and my wife had the seafood scampi. Both were excellent! Our server was new but she did a very God job. My only small complaint was the noise level. It was hard to talk with other folks at our table. Then again, congrats to the owners for drawing in such a crowd on a Wednesday night!! We'll be back!! Oh... don't forget to save room for dessert!

Food took a little time, but we needed that time to unwind a bit. The view was beautiful. The staff was friendly and extremely hardworking. 2.5 hrs from home but will not be the last time we visit this place.

Hidden Gem Alert! Conveniently located off of exit 17 of 86 in Steamburg, NY this little spot is a gem of a find and the perfect spot for fantastic food. Friendly staff and impressive cleanliness. The Philly Cheese Steak is to die for and possibly the best I've ever eaten. Cooked to perfection with a generous helping of real steak that melts in your mouth. We will return anytime we are back in the area

A Must stop! Food was tremendously good. We were looking for a place to grab lunch and this was the first one that came up so we drove over. Don't let the outside fool you. The service was great and has a little bar and then on the other side is the dining area. Our food was hot, fresh and tasted wonderful. I had the fish sandwich which had the best batter that I've ever had on a fish sandwich. My husband had the Philly steak and cheese and it was made with real steak and the mushrooms and onions were perfect. We will be back.
